NZTA and advertising agency Clemenger BBDO from New Zealand have released a shocking video spot.

The spot raises awareness about driving and encourages to slow down. Because there are other drivers, who might hit the road irresponsibly – therefore, you should be extra cautious. In this staggering video we can see two men talking in the frozen time frame, just before the accident. What would you say?
