Video description

The Med balls are among the best weapons an athlete can have the list of his tools.

Designed by US coaches were born and were then developed and improved by the athletes during training in the field.
The Med are all 35 cm in diameter and are constructed so that the weight fits snugly inside the ball without the slightest leakage during the execution of ballistic movements, so without destabilizing the ball. These medicine balls, soft on the surface, have been designed to be fired at high speed without the risk of hurting your workout buddy or trainer, just the opposite would happen by using instead of the usual hard and heavy medicine balls, old type school.
Training with the Med balls are divided into two broad categories: speed and strength.
For dynamic speed work you should choose a lighter ball (type 4 kg), any more weight would make the job compartment same speed even with a strong and well-trained athlete. Do not worry about the fact that a light weight can reduce performance, you should first try to see what happens and figure out if you're "really fast" with that weight. The light balls can also be used by people decondizionate or elderly people.
The Med balls are a wonderful way for the development of speed and strength, but it should choose the appropriate weight as well as any other weight training. We recommend starting with a 4 kg ball and make sure you keep the perfect execution before increasing weight.
Remember, the advantage of using our medicine ball is the speed and explosiveness with which you are able to move them!
With the Med Balls can really make a difference in your workouts by creating a wide variety of ever-new exercises and performing.
The most important news from the functional point of view is that you can practice on multiple planes of motion.
Think of the deadlift, the push press, push jerk, cleans, snatches and overhead press ... are all movements of a single spatial plane: the bar is in front of you and you have to lift it straight up. But real life and sport, however, include movements in all three dimensions: if there is to hit a ball with a racquet probably turn either the bust, and if you have to throw a rugby ball, or kicking a soccer ball the power is always derived, as before, by a movement of rotation. So how can you do to train this kind of essential and vital movements to improve performance in sports? Of course with our medicine balls, built to be launched forcefully without fear of harm.
We recommend using the lighter your dynamic movements balls including the most explosive movements such as the famous "wall ball" or the launches of the shoulders to the lens, and the launches with trunk rotation. Instead, use the heavier balls, such as 8kg and 10kg for the force movements.
Avoid using the Med Balls to make "ball slams", especially if conducted on inappropriate surfaces like asphalt, crushed stone and other surfaces too rough.
The wonderful thing about the Med Balls, which can be used for any sport or athletic training. The sports of athletics, for example, have made huge strides with the use of these accessories. And if they fit the international athletes do not believe that they can also go for you? If your workouts do not yet provide the Med Balls is the time to make this investment, the quality material will last forever.
