In Pooyan, manufactured by Stern Electronics under Konami in 1982, gamers will play as main character Mama Pig, whose objective is to protect her last piglet from evil wolves and rescue her other missing children. How will she do it? Players can throw chunks of meat to wolves, which will instinctively loosen their grips on the balloons they use to reach Mama Pig. The Pooyan video game is comprised of two stages; in the first, wolves at the bottom of the screen attempt to make their way to the top of the screen to eat Mama Pig. In the second stage, if enough wolves ride up to Mama Pig, they will crush her with a boulder. Move on to a bonus stage after all of the enemy wolves are shot down.
