Try to destroy the houses before time runs out, the longer you wait, the bigger they get, the harder they are to destroy. Purchase units below the screen to destroy units and position them to destroy the house, but also avoid the mobile enemies to pass you by. There are upgrades available and you can hold your units for future release. Enjoy!
