Turn the wheels when they ask. Give each shelf the right air: Cheddar likes it cool, Cellar Blue damp. Hire Pip and Moss, who keep working while you are away. Hand over cheeses for the notes at the grating, dig rooms for cheeses that take an afternoon, a night or three days, and win rosettes at the County Show every Sunday. When you are ready, sell the cellar for reputation that makes every wheel worth more in the next one, then build machines in the Workshop and found house cheeses of your own.
Drawn in pen and ink like a 1920s magazine, with music from real gramophone records of 1906 to 1921. The only advert is one you choose: double your takings after time away.
